Last updated: August 2026
Ona Analytics LLC (“Ona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit onaanalytics.com or submit a demo or contact inquiry.
This policy applies only to this website, website analytics, and related business communications. It does not govern customer documents, product deployments, or information processed through Ona software. Those matters are addressed in applicable customer agreements and deployment documentation.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to submit, including your first and last name, organization, work email address, message, and information contained in subsequent correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, Squarespace and its platform services may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser information, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, timestamps, and information generated by essential cookies.
How We Use Information
We may use website information to:
- Respond to inquiries and demo requests.
- Evaluate product fit, potential pilots, or development relationships.
- Maintain business correspondence and records.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect Ona’s rights, safety, and property.
Submitting the form does not enroll you in a newsletter or automated marketing list.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses essential platform cookies and Squarespace’s built-in analytics to operate the site and understand general website activity. Ona does not use advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
You can use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although doing so may limit some website functions. Because there is no uniform standard for Do Not Track signals, the site does not respond to those signals. Ona does not use targeted-advertising trackers.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, form processing, analytics, email, security, and professional advisory services. These providers may use information only as needed to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law; when reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or security; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
Ona does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, an active or potential business relationship, business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when those purposes no longer apply.
Security and Data Location
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect website information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Website information may be processed in the United States. The product promise that customer documents remain in the customer’s environment does not apply to information submitted through this website.
Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing paarth@onaanalytics.com.
California residents may have additional rights where applicable, and Ona will not discriminate against anyone for exercising applicable privacy rights.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
